Outside The Bars (OTB) mission is to support disadvantaged youth who are impacted by parental incarceration. We advocate for racial, economic, and social justice and fight systems that promote generational incarceration. We strive to meet the basic needs of school age children to omit the stigma of poverty and parental incarceration.
